      Ask for Scott. Guy was anabsolute gentleman today and helped meout inmy difficult situation. Knowledgeable, nice and helpful after another store employee was the complete opposite ofthat. Will definitely return tothe store for their products

        Stephanie!! That's the name ofthe employee that saved the day forus. Mywedding was9.30.22and wewent topick upthe groomsman suits atthe Melville location on9/29and everything was wrong. Wrong sizes, scuffed upshoes, everything. Sofrantically welooked for another location tosee ifthey could helpus, came tothis location and Stephanie stepped inand remeasured the groomsman and come tofine out hewas measured incorrectly and she got him right. Ordered him anew suit and wepickedit upthe morning ofthe wedding, just intime. She has noidea the difference she made for usbut ifyou gothere; ask forher. She knows her stuff!!           This isone ofthose places where you need toorder with caution! Iarrived amonth early for awedding was told that ashirt togo with the order was not available and itwould beordered into gowith mypants being tailored. They asked Icome toget the pants towards the end ofthe month, and that myshirt would bewithit. Iarrived topick upmy pants and was told itwas not ordered and they blamed another store for not shipping instead ofowning upto not finalizing ontheirend. They wereable tofind same shirt ina different size (not that Ihad anoption atthat point) and was told they would follow upand make sure itmade itbefore ihad toleave for the wedding. Nophone calls, Nofollow upat all Ihad totrack down the store itshipped from call and push for them toexpediateit. Sonot only dothey make the mistake but then they brush you off and make itworse. Try adifferent location.

          **UPDATE 09/28**- Was told the shirt was onits way and that itwould make iton time. Itdid not and nofollow upcall from management. The other store who had itwasnt even made aware ofthe circ*mstances and sothe shirt stayed behind. They continued tobrush meoff telling meshirt was coming inand torelax. Based onthis Iwill not bein the Wedding Party. Somuch appreciated Mens Warehouse ofPlainview!

            Weird that myfirst review isgone. This place isa joke. I've been toother Men's Wearhouses and even bought mywedding suit and groomsmen suits atanother location, all with positive experiences. This isthe only store that tries tosell their separates like shirts and ties at“full price”. They are overpriced sothat they can discount them. $60for ano-name brand tie iscrazy. When Iasked about the pricing, the guy had some rude answer and made meso uncomfortable that paying $60for ashirt that Ireally needed felt disgusting. Ididnt even think about buying thetie. Ohby the way Imanage abusiness inthe shopping center soI would never tell people tostay away from here unless itwas warranted. Get some people with etiquette even ifyou want tocharge that much for atie.– show

              Extremely happy with the purchase wemade atthis store.The customer service isexcellent and the sales representative,a lady atthe store promptly greeted usand went straight onto help myhusband get aperfect suit.She guided usall theway,took measurements and even gave her expert opinion onfittings and styles.Very cheerful,happy tohelp and made itso much easier for usto choose aright suiting set and some casual shirts for family.The discounts are not asgreat asadvertised being limited toa certain fit and very few brands.They offer alterations for suits ata minimal price.Highly recommend this store for Men's formal needs.– show

                  I got fitted for ashirt with very specific dimensions and was given one that was three sizes too small. When Iwent back toreturn the suit Istated that the shirt didn’t fit and was ignored. Make sure you double check your suit even After you’re fitted forit.

                      I walked intrying tofind asuit for awedding. Ispoke with “Scott”. 3/9/22around8pm. Hewas very unprofessional the way hespoke tome and myfamily. For every answer hegaveus, hekept saying the amount ofmoney itwouldbe, making mefeel uncomfortable.as ifwe could not affordit. His tone ofvoice was VERY condescending. Instead ofhelping mewith solution, hekept saying how everything isnot going tofit medue tomy size. Scott was myworst experience incustomer service, EVER. Scott needs tolearn how totalk topeople, nomatter the situation.– show

                              Go toa different Men's Wearhouse ifyou have togo toone. This one's got pretty rude, unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

                              Giving two stars because myrental actually fit decently, sothe person who measured megets full marks. But the person who was super condescending when Iwent topack upmy garment, and the person atthe counter who kept mewaiting tocheck out while doing who-knows-what, onthe other hand -- well… hence the less-than-stellar review.

                                Poor experience- sales people spent the whole time making excuses about out ofstock items, when Ifinally got what Ineeded Iwent topick itup post alteration and itwas ajoke. Had towait afull hour after Iwas told they would beready and alterations were completely off because “it’s just been sobusy” Iwould not gohere again.

                                  Miguel was amazing towork with, Ilove his personality. Hewas extremely busy but very polite.
                                  Our experience isthis establishment isthat myhusband got fitted for atux. When wewent topick itup itwas like too small and too short all over. They had tohave them order, fix and then wewill pick itup the followingday, argh, Good thing wecame ina day early for the wedding.

                                  All inall, itwas avery clean, well organized, very laid out store. Did Isay how much Iliked Miguel?

                                    One ofmy groomsmen who couldn’t make itto adifferent men’s wear house location tried tocome inthis morning toget measurements done for acustom suit. anemployee said itwasn’t possible, however wewere told itwas possible bythe location the rest ofus wentto. Long story short hewouldn’t listen tome onthe phone, was insanely rude tome and mygroomsmen. Mygroomsman then drove toHuntington and guess what… they measured him and wewere able toget the job done. Avoid this place atall costs, drive toHuntington– show
